I am specifically glad you exist 🫶 As for the cloud waffles, they are at oat milk based recipe made with egg whites whipped into a soft meringue and the kids called them clouds. I whip them with an old school egg beater and it’s just so…satisfying. But they are also delicious. My youngest likes them plain, but my eldest likes to be bejeweled with frozen raspberry bits.
